Dayo is a CPA and Associate Attorney for Webster, Chamberlain & Bean. Dayo has spent more than 20 years working in the non-profit sector. Dayo assists clients on the following matters: diversity, equity and inclusion; tax (exempt status, unrelated business income, Chapter 42 excise taxes, employment tax, etc.); contracts; corporate formation; governance; and mergers and acquisitions. Dayo previously worked as a senior revenue agent in the IRS Exempt Organizations Division, auditing various types of non-profit organizations, as the senior tax director for a university system, and as in-house tax counsel for a national insurance company, and affiliated non-profit entities.
