Description: During COVID-19, it is critical that organizations avoid losing talented team members to stress, exhaustion and burnout. We'll explore how leaders can care for themselves as they manage others experiencing mental illness personally or within their families. Suzanne will offer basic communication, coping and crisis management techniques that can be applied to support staff experiencing stress related to COIVD-19, mental health symptoms or caregiving responsibilities.
