IMPORTANT: DC Vaccine Mandate

VaxDC launched on December 22, 2021. Enforcement will begin on January 15, 2022. For the first month of this mandate, January 15th – February 14th, you must provide proof that you have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine before entering the City Club. 

Vaccines Sufficient proof may be demonstrated by showing the following:

• Show your CDC vaccination record card, provided to you when you got vaccinated
• Show a picture or a copy of your CDC card
• Show documentation from your healthcare provider that you are fully vaccinated
•  Show a COVID-19 Verification App such as VaxYes or CLEAR
